Participation may occur through private placements or other privately negotiated arrangements, and is conducted selectively on an opportunity-by-opportunity basis. CY Media is not a fund or investment product and does not manage money for outside investors.

Some companies need a defined advisory assignment; others need broader development support; certain relationships develop into longer-term strategic engagements; and in selected situations CY Media may establish an economic interest through direct investment or equity-based compensation.
